Businesses are living entities. Unpredictable, full of moving parts, held together by beliefs rarely written down and dependencies rarely mapped.
In four decades I have watched businesses grow, stumble, reinvent and occasionally lose themselves. The reasons are rarely dramatic. Usually something fundamental got buried. Who are we. What do we do. How do we do it. How do we do it time after time.
When those questions go unanswered long enough, the symptoms are familiar. No coherence. Thinking at the top stops travelling. The brand and the operation drift apart. AI arrives and nobody quite knows where to put it.
I work at the intersection of strategy, brand, communication and applied AI. Not as separate disciplines. As one connected act of clarity.
